■About Reinventing Organizations:
Frederic's book Reinventing Organizations is considered by many to be the most influential business book of this decade. Self-published with no PR, it has sold more than 400,000 copies worldwide and has been translated in numerous languages.

■About Mr. Frederic Laloux:
He is formerly an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, who holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in coaching from Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado. Currently based in Ithaca, NY, USA, he has traveled widely and speaks five languages.
