Established in 2018, Academy for Leadership (ToTAL) is an educational program offered for a maximum of five years throughout master’s and doctoral degree programs. Students at Hitotsubashi University are welcome to join a part of this program through our partnership. Let us develop leadership skills together to bring out the best in each other and become innovative global citizens, transcending School, discipline, culture\/language and age differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment for 2025 Fall Term<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The course registration deadline is on September 11. If you are considering enrollment, please complete the registration process first and then attend the information session scheduled for October.<\/span><\/strong> Please refer to this link<\/a> for details about the information session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A separate information session will be held for those who wish to attend the Master’s\/Doctoral Groupwork for Leadership I\/II courses.>> See here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to participate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Registration for a course offered by ToTAL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students at Hitotsubashi University may register for certain courses of ToTAL for an entire quarter\/semester and acquire credits for them. Please contact the Academic Affairs Division of Hitotsubashi University if you are interested.
The details of the courses offered can be found on the following webpage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that the deadline to register for the courses is set very early every semester. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to build consensus among the community or stakeholders, and to give form to ideas emerging from consensus<\/td><\/tr>
4. Cultral Skills<\/td>Interest in broad subjects beyond limited expertise, cultural skills, dignity, and trustworthiness<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2. Participation in a class\/workshop without course registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students at Hitotsubashi University may also participate in a certain class or workshop without registering for the course at ToTAL (ToTAL OPEN Programs), although credits are not granted in that case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
