In a rapidly-changing, chaotic world of today, systems and structures that were thought to be secure have become fragile, unstable, and difficult to understand.
What kind of leadership and entrepreneurship mindset and skills, and what kind of human resources are demanded to thrive in such a society?

At Tokyo Tech Academy for Leadership (ToTAL), we are honored to invite Mr. Tom Pedersen, entrepreneur and consultant specializing in human resources, to speak about “Leading and Learning: Half a Century in Asia” on Wednesday, June 19 at 17:15-18:45. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Pedersen has worked in global financial services and consulting industries. His start-up companies have focused on growing leaders and fostering a culture of engagement, with an emphasis on human resource development and executive coaching. He will share experiences of lifelong learning from his career working with students, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in Asia and take questions from the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
