Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This course is an orientation to leadership fundamentals, covering self-awareness, learning how to learn, communication, consensus building, and idea generation. Participants will explore their own leadership styles through discussions with people of various ages and fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Past participants will join as TAs, supporting those new to group work and ensuring an engaging learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
