Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Peer coaching, a communication method that draws out the strengths of others through dialogue, is a workshop that welcomes all students. By coaching with peers, colleagues, and others in ‘horizontal connections’, you can deepen your understanding of your intrinsic motivation and relationships. This inclusive environment can mutually support goal setting in life, career, and other areas. This workshop is recommended for students who want to improve their communication skills and coach among peers, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
