Seigo Kai, Chih-Ting Wang, Ryoga Hiroki and Le Viet Lan Huong* graduated from Science Tokyo and finished the ToTAL program.  At the ceremony, Ryoga Hiroki gave a speech as the representative of graduates of ToTAL.
