This is a guide to the Entrepreneurship Course (and ToTAL Course) \u201cProfessionals and Value Creation A\/C\u201d to be held in 2Q, AY 2026.
Even if you are not enrolled in a course, if there is a guest speaker session that interests you, you can also participate in individual classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that these courses will be held in Japanese. (Questions in English will be accepted for guest speaker sessions)<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of this course<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We invite guest speakers who are currently \u201cdeveloping and setting new values\u201d in society to share the background and the current circumstances the guest speaker(s) or their organization faces, as well as the challenges, and delve deep into the guest speaker\u2019s character and communicate with them.
We will invite 4 guest speakers this term, and we recommend students to join a \u201cpreliminary information sharing\u201d session before each guest speaker\u2019s session. At the preliminary information sharing session, we share information on pre-assignments and overview of the guest speaker\u2019s organization prepared by the students in charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the guest speaker session will proceed<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(1) Presentation by the guest speaker (approximately 1 hour)
(2) Discussion and Q&A on the topic presented by the guest speaker (approximately 1 hour)
*Active participation by students is expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Messages from the speaker<\/td>Spurred by the generative AI boom of 2023, the adoption of digital transformation (DX) and AI has once again become an unavoidable management priority for many companies. In this lecture, we will examine the current state of AI adoption, particularly among Japanese companies, from both macro and micro perspectives: the macro view, which considers industrial structures and institutional environments, and the micro view, which focuses on day-to-day operations and organizational management. Additionally, drawing on my experience as a management consultant supporting DX and AI initiatives at a major corporation, I will present several examples and simple case studies to highlight key issues and challenges companies face when promoting AI adoption.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
