Pre-program &#8220;Information Exchange &amp; Team Building Meeting&#8221; on 24\/Apr: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All students who are interested in LLP are strongly recommended to join the &#8220;Information Exchange &amp; Team Building Meeting&#8221; on 24\/Apr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Date: 24\/Apr(Mon) 18:00-21:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can join the meeting either in-person or online:<br>\u30fbAttend in person: Room S6-309B, 3rd floor, South Building #6, Ookayama Campus<br>\u30fbAttend online: The Zoom link will be informed to online registrants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This pre-program meeting would be worthwhile for all applicants who expect to; brush up their business idea and making a team for Category 1 applicants, and exploring a team to belong in for Category 2 applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&lt;Outline of Lean Launchpad Program (LLP)&gt;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbToTAL &#8220;Lean Launchpad Program&#8221; has been designed for Tokyo Tech students based on new business acceleration program initiated by Steve Blank, a serial entrepreneur in Silicon Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbIf you are struggling &#8220;how you can launch a new business while you have an idea&#8221; or &#8220;what you have to study and consider for starting a new business&#8221;, you will be able to understand the core to materialize a business from the workshop. If you want to create something with cooperation from others or to gain &#8220;leadership&#8221;, you can expect to develop your capabilities of consensus-building and communication from the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbIf you are interested in &#8220;entrepreneur&#8221;, you can expect to gain capabilities for starting new business, and if you have already established a company but not have enough market yet, you can utilize this program as an accelerator program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbProgram will be proceeded by team basis. You can apply the program as Category 1(proposing business idea and building 3-5members of team) or Category 2 (joining a team proposing business idea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbGraduate students can proceed LLP by applying ToTAL courses &#8220;Master&#8217;s Practical Group Work for Leadership&#8221; or &#8220;Doctoral Practical Group Work for Leadership&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fb5-7 teams will be capacity for this program. Selection Pitch will be held in the 1<sup>st<\/sup> round of the program. All participants are being requested to join all classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fbThis workshop will be facilitated by Mr. Takashi Tsutsumi who has long experience in creating new business and supporting startups. He translated Steve Blank&#8217;s books &#8220;The Four Steps to the Epiphany&#8221; and &#8220;The Startup Owner&#8217;s Manual&#8221; into Japanese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25a0Slide materials
