\u3010Call for Students\u3011ToTAL\/OPEN Programs “Idea-Thon – new business idea creation – for coming Lean Launchpad 2023”<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are happy to announce “Call for Entries” to the subject workshop.\u00a0 Any Tokyo Tech student below, are encouraged to take the workshop.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Any graduate student who registered in ToTAL courses of Recognition of Social Issues Workshop B\/D or (Master’s\/Doctoral) Essential Group Work for Leadership (F)<\/li>\n
  2. Any student interested in the workshop to attend on an ad-hoc basis (No credit nor GA will be given.)<\/li>\n
  3. Any doctoral program student who is a member of “Cross the border! Tokyo-Tech pioneering doctoral research program”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u25a0Outline of the workshop:
    -This Idea-Thon is 1-day training for creating “business idea” by using Design Thinking methodology.\u00a0 This workshop may be support program for Lean Launchpad program (Master’s\/Doctoral Practical Group work for Leadership \u2160\/\u2161 (S) in 2023 1Q2Q).\u00a0<\/p>\n

    -“Business” means to provide valuable products and\/or services for users and recover their costs as payments. This fundamental concept should be same in “Social Business”, NPO\/NGO activities and usual enterprise activities. Having payments and making profits should be essential for sustain such “business”.\u00a0 You cannot expect sustainability of the “business” if your voluntary bear its cost.\u00a0 Furthermore, would the value you believe when you provide it with users match the expectations of users?\u00a0 Without such matching, business cannot be materialized.\u00a0 In Lean Launchpad, you will establish hypothesis and check such hypothesis in the program.\u00a0 In this Idea-Thon, you will try to generate business idea to be predicated on such “business”.\u00a0 If you are considering to join “Lean Launchpad” in 2023 1Q2Q and\/or want to have a hint for new business, please join this Idea-Thon workshop.<\/p>\n

    ToTAL\/OPEN Programs are courses that graduate students outside of ToTAL may apply (credits and GAs can be given) and are workshops, the contents of ToTAL courses, to which both graduate and undergraduate students may join on ad-hoc basis (Credits\/GAs will NOT be given).<\/p>\n

    Most ToTAL\/OPEN Programs are a part of “Entrepreneurship Development Programs” of Tokyo Tech and are also “events” listed in “Cross the border! Tokyo-Tech pioneering doctoral research program”.<\/p>\n

    Schedule (and Attending Plan) and outline of ToTAL courses and workshops, as contents of the courses (and if the workshop are part of “Events” designated by “Cross the border! Tokyo-Tech pioneering doctoral research program”) can be downloaded from URL below.<\/p>\n
