“OPEN FORUM” has restarted from April!!!
(Every Wednesdays at lunch 12:40-13:40 in 2Q)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are thrilled to announce the return of Open Forum this coming academic year, starting on April 19th!
Anyone in the Tokyo Tech community can either participate live at the brand new Taki Plaza, Ookayama Campus, or participate online on Zoom, on Wednesdays from 12:40 to 1:40 pm during 2Q.
\uff08*It will be held at room 305, South Building 6, Ookayama Campus and online on June 14, June 23 and August 4.)
<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Forum is a casual opportunity to come together and discuss issues that matter to us.
A student or other member of the community speaks for about 8 minutes on any topic of their choice.
PowerPoint slides are welcome but not essential.
After the presentation, participants ask questions and discuss the focus for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past, students have spoken about their research, social issues such as women in engineering, water shortages throughout the world, philosophy, new technology, etc.
An abbreviated version of a presentation already given in class is perfectly fine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considering that we are still in a pandemic, we are inviting presenters to indicate whether they would allow their presentation to be recorded for limited distribution among registered members of the Tokyo Tech community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All members of the Tokyo Tech community are welcome to join!
No registration needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
