In addition, any of Tokyo Tech students (both graduates and undergraduates) can apply for attending programs on ad-hoc basis (with no credits).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>ToTAL\/OPEN Programs are programs served in the course of &#8220;Recognition of Social Issues Workshop I&#8221;, &#8220;Professionals and Value Creation I&#8221;, &#8220;Fundamental Group Work for Leadership S&#8221; and &#8220;Practical Group Work for Leadership S&#8221;.
