Then, gave each group some comment and suggestions. There are some discuss points are as following;<\/p>\n<p>MVP (Minimum Viable Products):<\/p>\n<p>(1) The specific of the product content (Concrete?)<\/p>\n<p>(2) Appropriateness of expression (Visual?)<\/p>\n<p>(3) UX (before\u2192after) Clear?<\/p>\n<p>EA (Early Adopters):<\/p>\n<p>(1) Really EA? (NM\uff0bPMF?)<\/p>\n<p>(2) Figure the trait for EA (and non-EA)<\/p>\n<p>(3) Price validated<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/english\/about\/image1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"image1.jpg\" src=\"\/english\/assets_c\/2019\/05\/image1-thumb-672x504-318.jpg\" width=\"248\" height=\"178\" class=\"mt-image-none\"><\/a> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"image2.jpg\" src=\"\/english\/about\/image2.jpg\" width=\"248\" height=\"178\" class=\"mt-image-none\"><\/p>\n<p>2. Lecture (13:30~17:00)<\/p>\n<p>Lecturer: Mr. Iino<\/p>\n<p>Topic: Financial Planning<\/p>\n<p>This is the third time of LLP class. Mr. Iino told about the financial planning, started from &#8220;J curve&#8221; concept. First, we need to analyze the risk and when will return of our business model and learn some financial statement by accounting method. The key points are as following;<\/p>\n<p>(1) Sales planning steps<\/p>\n<p>Sales\uff1dUnit Price\uff0aQuantity<\/p>\n<p>Quantity= Total of customer in segment A*Penetration + Total of customer in segment B*Penetration&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>i. Identifying \/ Prioritizing customer segments<\/p>\n<p>ii. Estimate the number of the customers<\/p>\n<p>iii. Determine pace of penetration<\/p>\n<p>iv. Calculate the unit price*Quantity<\/p>\n<p>(2) Cost planning steps<\/p>\n<p>i. Estimate the material cost<\/p>\n<p>ii. Build capital expenditure plan<\/p>\n<p>iii. Staffing plan (plan by divisions and estimate the related cost)<\/p>\n<p>iv. Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>v. Income Statement<\/p>\n<p>We will know the funds we need by above analyzing process.
