As a TA, you will not only assist in classes, but also moderate and facilitate workshops and student conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most importantly, being a TA provides an environment where you can use English as much or as little as you want, without any pressure or language barriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these experiences, you can find what you want to do and challenge yourself. The best part about being a TA at ToTAL is the connections you make with classmates and seniors from different majors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As someone pursuing a doctoral program, I found it particularly reassuring to have close relationships with seniors who could offer guidance not only on ToTAL classes, but also on scholarships and studying abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vk-blocks-spacer vk_spacer vk_spacer-type-margin-top\"><div class=\"vk_block-margin-md--margin-top\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>(Staff comment\uff09Tasuku takes on the role of facilitator for some workshops in ToTAL. His well-designed facilitation is excellent so that participants do not feel lost. Thanks to his carefully designed process, even those who normally feel uncomfortable in a group are able to talk to many people without feeling intimidated.
