I enjoy discussions with people from various research backgrounds.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" src=\"https:\/\/www.total.titech.ac.jp\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7537\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vk-blocks-spacer vk_spacer vk_spacer-type-margin-top\"><div class=\"vk_block-margin-sm--margin-top\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Viet Lan Huong<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>School of Life Science and Technology (Doctoral course)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vk-blocks-spacer vk_spacer vk_spacer-type-margin-top\"><div class=\"vk_block-margin-md--margin-top\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Working as a TA has several advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practice and improve communication skills: Interact with participants and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Working as a TA allowed me to practice speaking in front of people so I feel less worried when presenting at a conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Networking opportunities: Help build connections outside of laboratories. Graduate life becomes more joyful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced understanding of leadership: Working as a TA in a &#8220;book dialogue&#8221; workshop allowed me to read books and join fruitful discussions with other participants. From that, I learned many lessons from different perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-vk-blocks-spacer vk_spacer vk_spacer-type-margin-top\"><div class=\"vk_block-margin-md--margin-top\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08Staff comment\uff09Le has been working as a TA in many of our workshops.
