Do you have any of the following problems when conducting research?
・You are always in doubt about the future of your research.
・Research is not progressing as expected, and you cannot come up with concrete ideas for improvement.
・You are working as a team, but you feel that your team is not working well together.

“Project management” refers to the activity of making a plan for the success of an activity, arranging the necessary resources (people, goods, money, etc.), and dealing with the things that happen when you are promoting toward the goal.
While research activities require expertise, this activity of “moving things forward to the goal” also requires expertise. Why not take this opportunity to learn about “project management” skills to facilitate your own research activities?

This workshop will be instructed by members of Copilot Inc., which manages various types of projects across industries. Using an introduction to project management, participants will learn what project management is and the methods and skills that are central to it.
