Facilities

  1. The rooms listed below are open for usage by ToTAL/ACEEES/ACLS/AGL/U-ATOM students. You need reservation to use S6-305A (Ookayama meeting room), J3-309B (Suzukakedai meeting room), and I6-426 (Ishikawadai classroom). The reservation can be submitted by ToTAL students and ToTAL/ACEEES/ACLS/AGL/U-ATOM staffs. Your reservation request will be checked by ToTAL staff and approved if it looks fine.
  2. Foods and drinks are allowed, but PLEASE DO NOT USE FIRE.
  3. Pay attention not to disturb the safety or comfort of community life. The South Building 6 is in close contact with the residential area; pay special attention at night.
  4. The rules of use and the problems between students should be discussed and solved by the students.
  5. The rooms must be unlocked with a number key. The number is announced to registered students. On nights and holidays, a student ID card is required to unlock the building.
  6. If you need to book the room for the whole day, please contact our web master team (Matsuzaki, Iwai).
