Overview
Peer coaching, a communication method that draws out the strengths of others through dialogue, is a workshop that welcomes all students. By coaching with peers, colleagues, and others in ‘horizontal connections’, you can deepen your understanding of your intrinsic motivation and relationships. This inclusive environment can mutually support goal setting in life, career, and other areas. This workshop is recommended for students who want to improve their communication skills and coach among peers, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.

Mari Sakuramoto
CEO, CochEd Inc.
Mari Sakuramoto graduated from Kyoto University with a Bachelor of Education in 2005, worked at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs (equity analyst), and helped launch several startups in 2010. In 2014, she founded Cotree, Inc. to provide online counseling services, and in 2020, she founded CoachEd, Inc. to provide leadership development/peer coaching services. 2022 Nikkei Woman of the Year Award.
