This is a peer-teaching format workshop designed and facilitated by ToTAL students.

The “Empower You Program” is a dynamic and transformative workshop series designed to foster self-discovery and personal development among university students. Set to begin in the Spring semester of 2025, this program uniquely combines reflective activities and skill-building exercises in an interactive format, allowing participants to dive deep into understanding themselves and enhancing their interpersonal skills.
