Any of non-ToTAL Tokyo Tech graduate students can enroll ToTAL courses (with credits). In addition, any of Tokyo Tech students (both graduates and undergraduates) can apply for attending programs on ad-hoc basis (with no credits).
ToTAL/OPEN Programs are programs served in the course of “Recognition of Social Issues Workshop I”, “Professionals and Value Creation I”, “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership S” and “Practical Group Work for Leadership S”.
