How to Apply

  1. Applying for participation in multiple workshops
    • Please download the latest schedule table from the link above. After indicating your desired workshops, rename your schedule file name by adding your student ID, save and upload it to the Box folder.
    • Around April and October each year, explanatory sessions are held to provide details about the workshops scheduled for the semester. Please consider attending this briefing.
    • You can (if you hope so) earn credits by participating in multiple workshops. If interested, please attend the explanatory sessions.
  2. Applying for single workshops
    • Some workshops accept applications for a single specific workshop through application forms provided for each workshop. (For workshops applied using method 1, form submission is not required if no additional information is necessary.)

Graduate students have the opportunity to combine multiple workshops and enroll them as ToTAL course subjects. These earned credits can be used as “Major courses and Research-related courses outside the Graduate Major in …” courses, or “Career development courses” to fulfill your Graduate Major’s completion requirements.

For details, please attend the explanatory sessions at the beginning of each semester.
