■About Mr. Frederic Laloux:
He is formerly an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, who holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in coaching from Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado. Currently based in Ithaca, NY, USA, he has traveled widely and speaks five languages.
