Introduction

UX design is something that many leading companies are seriously incorporating in order to win their day-to-day competition.
In this workshop, you can experience the “UX design” approach of observing users, organizing their behavior, and considering improvement plans, in 4 hours. The user-centered design concept of “UX design” is a useful way of thinking for tasks and research works that you do in your labs every day, and the “UX design” approach will become one of your weapons when you will start working in society in the future.

-Worked as a project manager in product planning for mobile phones and planning and operation of consumer services and websites.
-Joined IBM Japan in 2020, to become a UX specialist.
-As a UX consultant, engaging in projects such as new business conception, service launch, UX design, and business design for various clients including transportation, automobile manufacturing, home appliance manufacturing, broadcasting, and life insurance companies.
