Application flow

Attend a briefing session　*Briefing sessions in April 2025 will be the last briefing sessions for enrollment to the ToTAL program.

It is mandatory to attend a briefing session. Enrollment of new students ends in the spring semester of AY 2025.

Complete an online application (Deadline: Tuesday, November 5)

Complete and submit an online application form through the Web System for Students and Faculty.

Important:

  • Applicants must obtain a recommendation from their academic supervisors to complete the application, so remember to consult them before proceeding.
  • Before consulting with your academic supervisors, it is recommended to prepare your own study plan incorporating graduate major studies and learning at ToTAL.

Take the selection test

Take the document screening and interview.

Join ToTAL

All applicants and their academic supervisors will receive selection results. Those accepted will be registered as ToTAL students.
