ToTAL was established in April 2018 as a consistent degree program for master’s and doctoral students.
The goal is to foster the students who can lead international society in the future as well as make significant contributions to their major field of expertise.
Students will receive a special diploma including certification of completion of this program. The academic degree conforms to the requirements designated by the course.
ToTAL is based on major achievements over 8 years in four independent education academies in the “Leading Graduate Schools Program.”
Students acquire (1) recognition of social issues, (2) global communication ability and (3) leadership/followership and consensus building ability in addition to the expertise in the field of major course selected by the student. At the same time, the students have to experience (4) internship in a company/institution and to acquire wide-range of culture. (1) social issues recognition, (2) global communication ability, (3) leadership/followership and consensus building ability, (4) company/institution internship, and (5) broad cultural development. Through this training, students can expand their professional networks, demonstrate leadership in any academic or business field, and create new values.
