Workshop Outline
!EGAKU” fosters creativity and imagination from scratch, diverse ways of seeing and verbalizing, and awareness of “unconscious bias” (unconscious assumptions) through art appreciation and creation. The objective of this workshop is to acquire the basic skills to creatively carve out the future in one’s own way while collaborating with diverse others in this age of uncertainty, by strengthening “creative thinking” and “creative communication” skills. Since a creative environment is also important, the workshop will be held at the gallery of White Ship Inc. in Akasaka.
The workshop has been attended by numerous entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, and has been used for human resource development and entrepreneurship development in over 200 companies, government offices, and universities.
This workshop will be offered as one of the contents of the ToTAL courses for graduate students (entrepreneurial courses) “Fundamental Group Work for Leadership” and “(Master’s/Doctoral) Essential Group Work for Leadership”. It is also designated as an event for the “Cross the Border!” Program and Tokyo Tech SPRING Program. Furthermore, it can be used as an entrepreneurship event for undergraduate students.
